about me!

Hi, I’m Claire (Miss Roh to my students)! I’ve spent the past decade working with children in a variety of educational settings…from early childhood education and children’s ministry to teaching junior high and elementary school. I currently teach second grade two days a week at a local homeschool co-op, while dedicating the rest of my week to At Claire’s Table.

Through At Claire’s Table, I offer one-on-one homeschool support and small learning groups for elementary-aged students. My approach blends structured, intentional instruction with hands-on learning, beautiful books, time outdoors, and plenty of opportunities for curiosity and discovery.

I believe learning should feel rich, meaningful, and connected to the world around us. My hope is to create a gentle and engaging environment where children feel known and encouraged, build confidence in their skills, and develop a genuine love of learning.

Outside of teaching, you’ll find me gathered around the table with my community, hosting friends, at a local coffee shop, or under the sun at the beach. I love coming alongside families in their homeschooling journey and setting an abundant table of learning for children to feast from.
