Homeschool pods are a small group learning experience (typically 2–4 students) designed to combine personalized instruction with the benefits of learning alongside peers.

Pods can be structured in a few different ways depending on the needs of the group:

Shared Curriculum: If students are using the same homeschool program, we can move through lessons together with guided instruction, support, and enrichment.

Individualized Support: Each student brings their own work, and I provide guidance, teaching, and support as they complete assignments and build understanding.

Teacher-Led Learning: I provide thoughtfully planned, grade-level appropriate lessons and activities designed to support foundational skills through engaging, hands-on learning.

Summer pods are a gentle and engaging way to keep learning going while still embracing the slower rhythm of summer. These sessions focus on maintaining academic skills while fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.

Summer pods tend to lean into more creative, hands-on, and nature-inspired learning, using manipulatives and activities that help bring concepts to life in a meaningful and engaging way.

Each session blends structure with fun, interactive experiences that feel light and encouraging—not overwhelming.

Example: Kindergarten Summer Pod

A typical session might include:

  • Skip counting songs and movement-based learning

  • Grade-level math review using hands-on, nature-inspired manipulatives

  • Summer-themed journaling with guided writing support

  • A read-aloud story followed by a simple craft or activity
